  4. Content Access
    Presentation materials, speaker content, and event resources available within the app are for personal use only and may not be recorded, copied, or distributed without written permission.

  5. Push Notifications
    You agree to receive important event updates, schedule changes, and announcements via push notifications while using the app.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    The organisers are not liable for any technical issues, errors, or data loss that may occur during app usage. Use of the app is at your own risk.

When the event app is issued and by using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.

All bookings are single room bookings. If you are sharing with a colleague you will be able nominate them in your booking.
