How can I register? What are the registration rates?

How can I pay via AMEX?

Mastercard and Visa are accepted methods of payment to register for QAC2026. If you wish to enquire about paying via AMEX, please contact info@qac2026.com. Please note a higher credit card fee will apply.

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

Big Fish Events, the official PCO for Quantum Australia, has secured the best available rates at our preferred conference hotels. Booking through the QAC2026 website is the safest and most cost-effective way to secure your accommodation.

Can I register a Group Booking for the Conference?

Only individual tickets can be purchased for the QAC2026 event. Please register each person individually via the registration page

How can I pay via Invoice for my registration?

Please follow the link HERE to purchase a registration via an invoice. Please note your payment must be received within 30 days or your registration will be removed.

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

There is no one-day ticket offered for this event. A full registration allows you to select the days/sessions you would like to attend over the two days, and we invite you to enjoy them all.

I just want to attend one session. Is that possible without registering for the conference?

There are no session only tickets available. A full registration is required to enter any of the sessions at the conference. Please register HERE to obtain full access to the program.

Is the conference schedule available?

You can see the program of thought‑provoking speakers and expert‑led discussions on the program page. This program and timings are subject to change; additions and updates will be posted weekly on our website and shared across our social media channels.

When will the exhibition hall be open?

The exhibition hall will be open on both days.

  • Day One: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Day Two: 09:00 – 16:00

What services are available for special needs and requests?

We encourage persons with disabilities to participate in the programs and activities. Please contact info@qac2026.com no later than 30 June to request an Auslan interpreter or other accommodations for persons who use a wheelchair or other persons living with a disability. If you have dietary preferences, please mark those on the registration form when you register.

Conference Code of Conduct (Australia) 

1. Purpose 

This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all guests, delegates, speakers, sponsors, and participants attending the Quantum Australia Conference. It aims to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. 

2. Respectful Behaviour 

  • Treat all attendees, staff, and venue personnel with courtesy, dignity, and respect. 

  • Engage in professional, polite, and constructive discussions. 

  • Avoid disruptive behaviour, including heckling, aggressive language, or intimidation. 

  • Respect cultural diversity, gender identity, disability, and differing viewpoints. 

3. Harassment and Discrimination 

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. 

  • Unwelcome behaviour includes: 

  • Offensive comments (verbal or written) 

  • Inappropriate physical contact 

  • Unwanted advances 

  • Intimidation or stalking 

  • If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please report it to conference staff immediately. 

4. Compliance with Laws and Policies 

  • Comply with all relevant Australian laws, including alcohol, drug, and public safety regulations. 

  • Follow all venue rules and conference staff directions. 

  • Do not damage venue property or remove conference materials without permission. 

5. Health and Safety 

  • Follow all Work Health & Safety instructions provided by organisers and venue staff. 

  • Keep aisles, emergency exits, and access points clear. 

  • Report hazards, accidents, or unsafe behaviour to staff immediately. 

6. Responsible Use of Alcohol and Substances 

  • Alcohol may only be consumed at designated events and in moderation. 

  • Guests must not attend sessions while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. 

7. Conference Materials and Intellectual Property 

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of presenters and exhibitors. 

  • Do not reproduce slides, materials, or recordings without permission. 

8. Consequences of Misconduct 

Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in: 

  • Removal from the conference without refund. 

  • Reporting of incidents to venue security or police. 

  • Restriction from attending future events. 

10. Acknowledgement 

By attending this Conference, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive experience for all.
